There’s several decisions to make when working with professional builders such as Eden Brae. The good news is that the house base package price includes the main aspects of your new home build. So really, all you need to do is make choices.
That said, our plan was not just to take the package. Modifications were considered to nearly every room of the floor plan – which some may consider a little excessive. Having experienced renovations twice already, this was the first opportunity to build from the ground up, so whilst we could, we were happy to take the time to be detailed.
