Over the last few years, those that have lived in Stockland Elara Marsden Park, have had access to a Stockland funded, Elara community shuttle bus, with direct bus connectivity to Schofields Train Station – awaiting Transport for NSW to integrate a public bus service to the area. Stockland provided the free bus transport service to the community, operating Monday to Fridays, during the early morning and afternoon peak hours.
But with great news, since April 2021, Transport for NSW introduced changes to existing bus routes, now operating to and from the Stockland Elara Marsden Park area. The Stockland Elara community shuttle bus services ceased 30 June 2021.
The new Transport for NSW bus services operate the following routes:
- Route 747 between Mount Druitt to Rouse Hill Interchange (Bus & Metro Station) via Marsden Park & Riverstone (includes via St Luke’s Catholic College, Marsden Park)
- Route 748 between Marsden Park to Rouse Hill Interchange (Bus & Metro Station) via Schofields Train Station
- Route 751 between Marsden Park to Blacktown via Colebee (includes via St Luke’s Catholic College, Marsden Park)
And, we have shiny new bus stops and signage installed along Elara Boulevard too.
