We didn’t think much about the landscaping design, other than the fact we had to include it as part of our council submission when the time came.
That said, we paid for the landscape plans to be prepared by Eden Brae’s supplier ECO Design. We were contacted within days of having signed the contract so we were impressed by their prompt response.
ECO Design provided three examples of landscape plans to choose from. The plans were prepared in accordance with the developer’s building and siting guidelines as well as council requirements to fit the land and house.
There were also “optional” garden designs available, however, it would be an additional cost to re-design and we had only opted for the basic design service.
ECO Design provide fulfilment of the landscaping design service, however we plan to do the actual landscaping ourselves. You can of course pay for their services if you prefer.
