Authentic Italian cuisine at Entrata Restaurant, Glenhaven
Located in the Hills District, you’ll find Entrata Restaurant. Bounded by the north-west suburbs of Kellyville, Dural, Castle Hill, and Cherrybrook, the family-run Entrata Restaurant on Glenhaven Road, is a hidden gem in the area – and one not to miss.

At first glance, you may feel like you’re approaching a large residential address. But as soon as you step inside, you feel its rustic, cosy vibe, featuring exposed brick walls and natural light throughout. You’re also met with a warm friendly greeting upon arrival, adding to the overall restaurant ambiance and experience. Ample parking is available right in front despite being situated on a main road.

On the main al a carte menu, you’ll find a number of traditional Italian favourites.
We opted for the two-course lunch menu, AU$49 per person, including a beverage (available Tuesdays to Saturdays). There’s still a great selection available on this condensed menu, so do ask about it if you’re interested.
We added the following to share as a light entree:
Antipasti – Frittura di Calamari (lightly floured & fried with sea salt, cracked pepper & aioli) AU$24

And the main two-course lunch menu included:
Secondi – Agnello al Forno (baked lamb shank with carrots, celery, tomato, chianti wine, tomato sugo, mashed potato) included in two-course menu, normally AU$32

Secondi – Spaghetti Marinara (prawns, calamari, blue swimmer crab meat, garlic, chilli, white wine, tomato sugo) included in two-course menu, normally AU$34

Dolce – Tiramisu included in two-course menu, normally AU$18

Dolce – Panna Cotta (white chocolate & berry) included in two-course menu, normally AU$18

Bookings can be made online for groups of up to 10 guests. If you book in advance, you have the option to request indoor or outdoor seating.

If there are concerns with the cold, outdoor seating does offer heating overhead (you need to request for this to be turned on that is), and most seating is protected with a roof. But it is open air, and you will feel the cool breeze regardless when dining outdoors.
If you’re looking for a local Italian restaurant to try in the Hills-District, I’d highly recommend Entrata Restaurant.
